What are the payment methods?
You can pay by credit card or bank transfer in your local currency.
In some regions, orders are processed via our local partners, and credit card payment may not be available. We’ll let you know what options apply for your location.
Can I just buy one product?
Yes. With the Software Only or Tablet Bundle plan, you can start with one tablet and scale up whenever your needs grow. Most teams choose to start with 3 or 6 tablets for greater impact and better pricing.
What is the delivery time?
Delivery time depends on your location and the number of Hublet Hardware devices in your order. We’ll confirm the schedule once we have your shipping details.
With the Software Only plan, you can get started within a day. Just prepare your tablet, and our support team will help you see value fast.
Which tablet devices are you supporting?
As of July 2025, we recommend the Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ in the following models:
Wi-Fi only: SM-X210
Wi-Fi and 4G: SM-X215
Wi-Fi and 5G: SM-X216B

What is your pricing model?
Software: Subscription-based, tiered per-tablet pricing. The more tablets you add, the lower your rate. You only pay for what you use.
Our Hublets are much beloved by the regular patrons who spend a lot of time here during self-service hours. The fact that we do not have to worry about the patrons’ privacy when using electronic devices without our supervision is a significant advantage
