Customer experience is always at the heart of Hublet Solution. We value customer feedback to enhance our services to the best of our ability. Redbridge Libraries in London use Hublet Solution in many ways. They constantly collect patrons’ opinions about Hublet using a survey on Hublet Tablets’ home screen.

Currently, the Hublet appears in three libraries of the Redbridge Libraries system: Redbridge Central Library, Fullwell Cross Library, and Wanstead Library. The respondents from these three libraries are shown below.

Thanks to this wide range of services, most Redbridge Libraries patrons used the Hublet more than once. There, 88% of respondents used Hublet, and 50% used Hublet more than 2 times.
Hublet Solution enables everyone to have equal and easy access to digital content. It is easy to borrow and use in only pre-defined library networks. Hublet’s design is ergonomic, convenient, and efficient.
