Hublet’s customer experience in digital library from Redbridge Libraries in London, UK

Customer experience is always at the heart of Hublet Solution. We value any feedback from our customers to enhance our services to the best. Redbridge Libraries in London use Hublet Solution in many different ways. They have collected patrons’ opinions about the Hublet constantly, with the survey on Hublet Tablets’ home screen. Hublet users in libraries said that the Hublet background is quite clear to navigate the apps, they responded with the average score of 3.99 out of 5.
